About

I’ve worked in the climate change field for over 20 years, navigating policy, regulatory, and technical aspects of local and State work.

My goal is to help you understand and navigate the complex climate programs and regulations to maximize your impact. I bring knowledge of the Low Carbon Fuel Standard, California legislative and budget process, and climate investment programs like the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund / California Climate Investments. When we work together, I am your ally.

    California Air Resources Board

    • I led the Low Carbon Fuel Standard team of 30 for three years, including development of policy informing the upcoming rulemaking.

    • As the Policy Manger for California Climate Investments, I led the development of Funding Guidelines, Investment Plan, and multiple Annual Reports.

    Consulting

    • As a consultant, I raised millions of dollars in revenue to develop climate and energy action plans across Southern California.

    • I developed tools for local governments to understand and track their GHG emissions, develop policies to reduce emissions, and develop compliance (CEQA) documents.
